Privacy policy
Game Plan FC doesn’t collect your personal data. There’s no account to create, no tracking, no ads and no analytics. The only time we see anything about you is if you email us.
What stays on your phone
The app remembers a few settings so it works the way you left it, such as how many a side your team plays. These are stored only on your device and are deleted if you delete the app. We never receive them.
Subscriptions
Premium is an App Store subscription, handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, Apple ID, email address or payment details. Apple tells the app on your phone only whether a Premium subscription is active, so it can unlock the plays.
Apple’s handling of your purchase is covered by Apple’s privacy policy. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
If you redeem a beta-tester code, Apple processes that too. We see only how many codes have been used, not who used them.
Sharing plays
Images and GIFs of plays and formations are made on your phone. You choose where to send them through the iPhone share sheet (WhatsApp, Messages and so on), and they go straight there. We don’t receive a copy.
Emailing us
The app’s Contact us, Join the beta and Send feedback buttons open your own email app. If you send an email to gameplanfcapp@gmail.com, we receive your email address, what you write, and the app and iOS version the app adds to the message.
- We use it only to reply to you, and to send beta-tester codes if you asked to join the beta.
- We don’t sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list.
- Our email is hosted by Google (Gmail), so Google stores it under Google’s privacy policy.
- Ask us any time and we’ll delete your emails.
Children
Game Plan FC is made for team managers and coaches, not for children under 13. The app doesn’t collect personal data from anyone, of any age.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever starts collecting anything, for example to add team messaging, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before that version of the app is released.
